The 16th Annual Las Vegas City of lights Jazz and R&B Festival take place at Hills Park at Summerlin on Saturday April 26th 2008 from
1-10 pm and on Sunday April 27th from 2-8pm. This years line up includes Norman Brown, Paul Taylor, Chante Moore, Alex Bugnon, Pieces of a Dream, Bobby Caldwell,Steve Cole, Nils, Morris Day and the Time, Rufus, Tony Toni Tone, East Bay Soul with Greg Adams, Lenny Williams and Tom Scott.
